For me, theology is a verb that is about passion and openness. What fascinates me is what touches people in their lives: their experiences and stories about faith, hope and love. What also intrigues me is how those experiences and stories are interwoven with theology and church. Can these two worlds touch and enrich each other? And if so, how?

Theology is about listening and rearticulating. Theology challenges us to look for the meaning of old and new traditions and helps us learn to be open to what is unruly and abrasive: in life and in religion.
